WE ARE MESSAGE BEARERS

Turning Pointe students learn grace, poise, form and technique, as well as strength of spirit, heart and mind.

Our professional instructors focus on preparation, for performance, and for life, both spiritually and mentally.

As students move through the Turning Pointe program, they realize that the ability to dance comes from a loving Creator. They often experience a “turning pointe” of faith.

No longer is dance about them, but a way to glorify the Lord and His name. It becomes a way to give their gifts back to Him, and become a message bearer for the Lord.

Classes starting at pre-school age “Storytime Ballet” through pre-teen at our Holland and Hudsonville locations.

Tap, Jazz, Hip-Hop

Focuses on fundamentals of each style along with etiquette and self-discipline at our Holland and Hudsonville locations.

West Michigan’s premier program for pre-professional ballet and contemporary dance training.

Turning Pointe’s curriculum emphasizes technique, alignment, strength, discipline, and healthy body image.

We create a positive and wholesome training experience for students ages 7 and older, while encouraging students through their faith journey.

Classes run through the school year, with camps, and guest professional choreographers every Summer.

Audition opportunities for The Promise is Jesus and Redeemed! are available for dancers enrolled in our training division. Please see our performances page for more information.

Community Outreach

Turning Pointe School of Dance partners with numerous agencies, churches and local businesses to share the gospel with our community. Several outreach opportunities are open to our dancers throughout the year, such as Worship Impact Night, church events, concerts, and more.
