Registration Information
-Online registration may only be used if paying with a credit or debit card.
-If you prefer not to use a credit or debit card, please download a registration form. Completed forms may be mailed to, or dropped off at, the Turning Pointe Office. Please include payment for the first month's tuition and a registration fee of $10 ($20 family maximum) or $5 for some classes.
Payment Information for Online Registration with credit card payment
-Within several days after completing the online registration you will receive an email confirmation.
-After we receive your registration we will review it and we will add a registration fee of $10
($20 family maximum) or $5 in some cases and add any discounts.
-You will then receive a second email with your monthly tuition due. If you have provided your credit card during online registration we will then charge your card for your first month's tuition plus the registration fee.
-Some Summer classes require payment in full. Some require 20% deposit with the remainder due on the Monday of the registered week.
Medical and Photographic Liability Release:
By continuing the registration process for my child(ren) I am expressing my agreement that Turning Pointe School of Dance shall not be liable for any damages arising from personal injury sustained by my child while in classes at its studio or at off-site events sponsored or participated in by Turning Pointe School of Dance. I accept full responsibility for any such injuries or damages, which may occur to my child in, on or about the said premises and activities.
Further, with regard to medical treatment, I hereby authorize Turning Pointe School of Dance to act for me in case of an emergency. I further agree that Turning Pointe School of Dance shall not be liable for any loss or theft of personal property. I understand that Turning Pointe School of Dance may use for publicity or promotional purposes, my child’s name, pictures or a video of him or her participating in its program with no obligations or liability to me.
