Outreach
Outreach
The dance training provided at Turning Pointe is driven by a strong desire to reach out and touch others. Our two Turning Pointe Ensemble Companies make this outreach possible.
The purpose of the Turning Pointe Ensembles is to use the gifts and talents God has given us to reach out to the community. During the last two years Turning Pointe
Ensemble companies have had the opportunity to minister at churches, schools and community events in the Greater Southwest Chicago area. These performances are free of charge. Our goal is to bless the community regardless
of funds. Turning Pointe is a non-profit organization. All donations made to Turning Pointe go to help fund our outreach in the community and are tax deductible.
Turning Pointe Senior Ensemble is comprised of middle school and high school students ages 12-18. Turning Pointe Junior Ensemble is comprised of grade school and middle school students ages 10-14. Both groups are dedicated to sharing the love of Jesus Christ through dancing, and are available for booking year-round.
Ensemble Members performed at the Lincoln-Way
Special Education Annual kick-off, with Giordano Jazz
Dance Chicago instructor Homer Bryant.
